Where is my order?

On dispatch of your items we will send you an order dispatch email, to let you know that your card has been debited and your order is on its way. To track your order you can click on the link in the dispatch email.

You are able to track your order online within 24 hours of the order dispatch email being sent.

If delivery has been attempted and you haven't received a calling card, please contact Customer Service, please provide a suitable working day for delivery to be re attempted. We will need 1 working days notice and will do everything we can to arrange this for you with our courier, whilst keeping you updated with progress.


Returns Policy & Reverse Logistics

We handle your customer's  returns with the same care as order deliveries. However please note that we shall be charging you an additional price for either product disposal (if product cannot be inflated to its original state for re shipping) or complete reverse logistics other handling charges which would be detailed in the invoices submission to you.

Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?

Yes, we’ll ship your package anywhere that can accept deliveries.

How much will delivery cost?

We have different rates based on the frequency of the orders your business will be able to generate with us. Our representative will provide your business rep with more details. We reserve the right to refuse bulk orders or negotiate delivery fees. The Warehouse is presently unable to deliver dangerous goods  e.g. aerosols and fragrances.

Who delivers my order? How are orders delivered?

Your order will be delivered by courier. You can select between signature or non-signature delivery. We deliver to residential or business addresses and PO Boxes. Please ensure you have your order delivered to an address where someone is available to sign for it. If your customer is unavailable to sign for an item when our courier called, we will leave a 'Parcel for you' card at the delivery address. This card details when the delivery was attempted, the item number and what your customer need to do to have the items re-delivered. We can now deliver to PO Boxes.

Does The Warehouse ship internationally?

We do not ship internationally at present. We only ship to addresses within India to all Tier-1 and Tier-2 Major cities

Can I change or Cancel my customer order?

Once you have finalized your order and processed payment it cannot be changed, however you can cancel your order. If you wish to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible. If you cancel before your order is dispatched you will receive a full refund.  If your items have already been sent then your order can no longer be cancelled.

Please follow the returns process once your order is delivered and please note your delivery fee will not be refunded.

The Warehouse’s Recall Policy.

Very occasionally when something goes wrong and we believe we have sold you a product that is unsafe for use, we will immediately put in place steps to make sure we keep your health and safety intact.

  • Our first steps will be to gather as much information as we can about the potential defect. Some of the questions we ask are “what is the degree of danger?” and “what kind of injuries could be caused?”
  • We arrange testing and talk to our suppliers and any customers that have complained to make sure we fully understand the situation.
  • After a thorough investigation we decide whether to proceed with a recall or whether the issue can be handled best in another way. All the while keeping your health and safety topmost in our minds.Our aim throughout the recall process is to minimize the risk of injury to any of our customers, repair and/or retrieve as many faulty products as possible and to minimize the cost and inconvenience to you.
